The city has moved to quash the oral depositions of Susie Byrd, Cortney Niland and Joyce Wilson in regards to the ongoing email open records request. Yesterday, I speculated about what might happen and today we learn the city doesn’t want certain people deposed. On Monday, I’ll be looking into this latest action in depth.
