Oh boy another game of hide and seek with open records. So Vero and company are going to hide their abuse of open records behind it’s private political discourse between themselves and other elected officials, special interest and good buddies as they do their back room dealing as the County Attorney laugh and shakes the naughty finger at then as she instructs them how to subvert open records laws. Aren’t we so special to have such transparent members of local government? We feel so relieved in knowing that our servants are watching out for the citizens best interest.

Funny how she comments that she has the right to “freedom of speech” but yet the whole controversy is about her attempt to squash Chief Allen’s freedom of speech.
