The prosecution’s key witness in the Judge Arditti trial has twice admitted he lied to law enforement officers.
The witness, who testified in the federal trail against convicted Judge Barraza, continues answering questions under cross examination.
The trail is expected to continue until 6:30 p.m. according to the judge handling the trail.
