The March 5 Primary election left three seats undecided as each seat went into a runoff election when none of the candidates received 50% or more of the vote. The six candidates facing off in the runoff are Norma Chávez versus Vince Perez for the Texas House District 77 seat, in the race for District Attorney James Montoya faces off against Alma Trejo, and Bobby Flores is facing off against Oscar Ugarte in the race for sheriff.

The early voting period starts today and runs through Friday. Election Day is Tuesday, May 28.
