“Shoot immigrants in the legs,” suggested Donald Trump, according to a report from the New York Times on October 1. Read it again because it is important. Donald Trump told aids that U.S. officials should shoot immigrants in the legs to slow them down.

As many of you know, Donald Trump is fuming about the House opening an impeachment inquiry against him for his phone call with the president of the Ukraine. In response, Trump is telling reporters that he is a “stable genius”. He also told reporters yesterday that he chooses his “word very carefully”.

Lest I be accused of being “a liberal,” or a “deranged Democrat”, Trump’s exact words were “I watch my words carefully.” Let me assure that I am neither a Democrat nor a liberal. I cannot vote in U.S. elections thus I cannot be a Democrat. Personally, I am conservative, more so than some Republicans in that I believe in unimpeded business activities as I am a capitalist after all.

So when Donald Trump says; “I watch my words carefully,” I am forced to take him at his word. He wants to shoot me in the legs.

In the same meeting where Trump suggested shooting immigrants in the legs, he ordered his staff to close the entire U.S.-México border. He relented when he was told it would kill American jobs. But he wasn’t done. He wanted the U.S. to place spikes on the border fence that would “pierce human flesh”. He also wanted a moat filled with “snakes and alligators”.

In other words, Donald Trump hates immigrants like me.

Some readers will argue that I am taking this to the extreme; it is about border security they will try to convince me.

But there is no amount of spin that can hide that fact that Donald Trump wants to shoot immigrants in the legs.

That right there tells you all you need to know about Donald Trump.
