    Acosta is mentally dysfunctional to even think the state legislator will consider changing long standing open records laws because Emma doesn’t like the current ones. The City Attorney should have told her she was being a fruit loop in wasting the CC time with such non-sense.
    Then again some still cannot understand why the City is so messed up. And guess what all this is centered around Dora the explorer,wink, wink, that some idiot or idiots let back in local government. Some people never learn!
